Cursor Fixed

I had to fight a lot against Kawa and Java and I was defeated.

This was supposed to help me but when the code is run from the Jar the resource loading fails saying the protocol class-resource is an invalid protocol. https://www.gnu.org/software/kawa/Resources.html

Thankfully the icon is small enough to be hardcoded in a u8vector :)
